Summer '27 Recruiting Starting?

I'm currently a rising sophomore at a liberal arts target with not that big of a finance presence so turning to the community for help. What were the best resources / guides everyone used for recruiting previously?

Also how should I navigate the process? I heard that some regional offices are already starting coffee chats and trackers and want to make sure that I'm not late to the game. Also since I'm not studying finance what are the best materials where I can get smarter on the technicals? Thanks everyone!

Same boat, for some reason upperclassmen have mentioned that recruiting this year might start even before the new years which is crazy to me. For networking I just practice with my buddies and for technicals I think a good place to start is the 400 questions which you can find online. There's also a few good question banks online if you search around. This forum is also super helpful

Have heard the same that banks are already starting to set up trackers and people are reaching out - got told buy a few people to start blasting out emails post labor day. Can't imagine when the first offer is going to come out

i talked to a regional BB offices and they had set up, was also told that NY is setting up too so really think the game is going to start soon

Dang I'm already starting to feel behind and my school hasn't even started. These time lines are way too early? Does anyone know specifically which banks are already taking into account want to make sure I'm focusing my energy at the right places

This is houston. NYC/SF are starting to log calls in a few weeks. No need to hide info and best of luck to all sophomores.
