Summer Analyst Performance Bonus
The old thread about this was from 2007, so I figured I'd ask again to get more recent information.
I've heard mixed things from different people, but in your experience, do summer analysts typically get performance bonuses at the end of the summer? If so, how much is a standard amount?

No you get the prorated analyst salary and no bonus.
The only additional you might get is overtime if you work in CA (1.5x, very lucrative) or at a few BBs that pay a tiny amount in overtime to track your hours
A performance bonus? Is this a joke. Interns spend the entire summer learning and even the best interns add a fraction of the value of an An1. The performance bonus is a job offer and a stress-free senior year.
