I've heard mixed things from different people, but in your experience, do summer analysts typically get performance bonuses at the end of the summer? If so, how much is a standard amount?

A performance bonus? Is this a joke. Interns spend the entire summer learning and even the best interns add a fraction of the value of an An1. The performance bonus is a job offer and a stress-free senior year.
