I was wondering if places like Evercore or Gleacher took summer analysts (I know Lazard and Greenhill do). I didn't find any information on websites for an application and would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.

I know Lazard does, I believe Moelis will be having some, and Im pretty sure PWP will as well. I don't know about Centerview.
Moelis said they were planning on hiring 20 interns.
Thanks. Some of these firms don't come to our school, so I guess the application time for these firms around December/January with interview in January? (they should parallel bulge brackets right?)
If Evercore doesn't come to your school and you don't have a single contact there, you're not going to get an interview with them.
Gleacher takes I believe 3 summer analysts a year. However, they generally only recruit at Penn and I believe they took one from Stanford. Gleacher is extremely competitive to get since the exit opps are through the roof. I believe their 3-4 yrs analysts (they are on a different schedule than BB)went to TPG, KKR, and a large hedge fund.
Perella Weinberg took 3 or 4 summer analysts.
I can confirm that Gleacher posts for a "Summer Financial Analyst" at Penn. PWP also has a posting.
Where else? Would anyone take a boutique such as Greenhill or Gleacher over MS/GS?
