Summer internship decision

I want to discuss a situation im in. I am wrapping up my summer internship as an IB SA. I havent really enjoyed working in IB as much as I was excited to. I dont know yet if im getting a return offer but if I do in that case I would want to think about this. I have also thought about switching career paths within finance to something else that might be less demanding e.g consulting or just something else like AM. However, I also do not want to give up on a FT job offer at the same time if I get it. Im just really confused at this point. Could I possibly do a FT IB job for just 1year and move to something else? Can someone just share some thoughts with me please as im very concerned about this now
