what's their A1/A2/Aso1 bases?
Talked with someone who lateraled and comp is very strong, probably close to top of the street. Not sure what their bonus’ will look like though. I would have to imagine solid though given their performance and how lean of a shop they are

I think 105, 115, 125 for analyst 123 but don’t quote me on that. It’s definitely starting at 100k+ though
Anyone have insights into the process of trying to lateral in? Necessary to have biotech experience? Can you network into roles that may not be formally posted online?
Don’t necessarily need biotech experience, especially if you’d me lateraling into a Junior role. That being said, it would definitely help.
Networking will significantly increase your odds as well as it’s the bankers calling the shots and they will likely push you along in conversations go well. It can also be a way to keep tabs and jump on lateral opportunities as soon as they open up
You definitely need healthcare experience if you want to be in the biopharma group. Doesn’t matter as much for the other groups.
