Sweat Equity or Jump Banks for Progression
Haven’t seen a post on this but am very interested to get people’s thoughts.
What’s better with the intent of moving up the ladder faster and getting paid more, staying at the same bank and building up internal relationships and sweat equity and a reputation or jumping banks every 18 months to two years to keep moving up?
