Switching groups SA to FT
How should I go about switching groups in this environment. There is another group that is hiring that will be taking on additional people FT. This would just be a group switch so maybe it would be easier than switching firms but still not sure how to go about this. What would the best way of going about switching groups without destroying my relations with the current group I'm in.
