What group for TD? Exits vary greatly by group - LevFin is pretty strong
TD is laying off people, downsizing, and quadrupling down on DEI - they don't even have the deal flow like GS to even pull that off. Wells still has way more street cred than TD.
Recent AML scandal severely affected TD's reputation and growth in the US.

TD is doubling down on gender quotas and majority of these gender driven hires / promotions are white female A&A. You do realize the white Beckys are primary beneficiaries of DEI streams
