Heard they have great 401k options (6.5% - 10% match) and in spite of being tier 2/3 bank they have really strong comp accross the board
damn i saw that an ASO1 got paid 175k base + 200k bonus is that true across buckets?
Based on what i’ve heard 175k+200k bonus sounds right for a top bucket, doubt it was that good for mid bucket associates but probably still competitive. TD is really trying to grow and are obviously putting an effort to retain talent
thats amazing - combined with the great culture definitely looks like its only up from here
Didn't TD just lay off tons of people since December?
Also how can that level of pay be sustainable when deal flow is weak, with only 2 teams carrying the whole franchise?
Color on the top teams at TD?
Don’t they primarily focus on equity offerings
layoffs only because of the cowen acquisition. Trimming headcount in repetitive groups w/ cowen bankers and vice versa.
Ohhh boy watch the underperforming groups. More layoffs incoming
Is this insider info or just speculation? TD is at #20 on league tables, nothing crazy but too bad either, nothing in news either. Where/how are you getting this info?
