Didn't TD just lay off tons of people since December?

Also how can that level of pay be sustainable when deal flow is weak, with only 2 teams carrying the whole franchise

 

layoffs only because of the cowen acquisition. Trimming headcount in repetitive groups w/ cowen bankers and vice versa.
