Entirely bank dependent. 

Generally, Tech banking is the place to be but some banks have stronger tech groups whereas others are not as good. Generally, Tech landscape is dominated by GS TMT / MS Menlo / Qatalyst. For GS / MS, I'd say these are the best groups to be at considering the massive secular tailwinds and exposure you'll get. However, other banks (JPM for example) have weaker Tech franchises and you'd be better off doing something like HC. 

So, it depends on the bank. For MS / GS -- pick TMT. Others have stronger industry groups other than tech.
