The MIDWEST is BACK BABY

Global Head/Partner at a Bulge Bracket and recently had a business meeting in St Louis and my o mighty is St Louis special. The atmosphere is back just like it was in the 1920s, Boom Boom Bam Bam Boom Bam Ka-chiga Ka Chiga- the atmosphere is absolutely electric and the people are absolutely phenomenal. You feel revived and rejuvenated by the lord almighty in the area. I've been considering a move to the Midwest for some time now but I've always been driven away by all the penetration on the Midwest. However, St Louis has taught me that the younger generation has really got it in them like no other.

All of those Wustl students truly impressed me with their intellectual ability, personality, and true grit, especially one of them which I won't dox right now but he knows who he is. I wish I could see that out of my UChicago/Random Directional School students. Anyway as it gets late and I am slightly here and there about to go I would like to wish all Wustl students and hopefully a future washu bear daughters Bianca, Melisa, and Sophia a good and fun night and would encourage others to be like them. I would encourage Chicago senior bankers to reconsider prioritizing other schools over Washu and in fact I'll risk my reputation to say that Washu should have OCR from every bank and automatic superdays to every Chicago office, I know my bank will. Finally, I wish mercy on the souls who are trying to transfer out of Wustl, there is no price to integrity and no replacement for a backbone.

WashU is hella underrated - it's arguably on the same level as Princeton and dwarves schools like UPenn and Johns Hopkins. Mark my words in 20 years WashU's reputation will surpass all these overrated ivy league schools

I'm currently a freshman at H/Y/P looking to break into MM IB in Chicago for SA 27. Looking at LinkedIn it seems like H/Y/P are complete nontargets for banks like William Blair, Baird and Lincoln International, so I am looking to transfer to schools like WashU, University of Illinois Chicago and Loyola to maximize my chances of securing a SA spot at these banks. Can I dm you for advice about my WashU application?
