Is rotational program 2 years? So like both groups will have a say in whether you get promoted? Or will it lean more towards the first group due to timing etc..?
It's a 3 year analyst progamme and the rotations are each under a year each. At the end of the rotations we get our permanent team, still within the 3 years. So, permanent desk before A2A.
