Thoughts on BMO Capital Markets and their NYC office?
I haven't seen this bank get a ton of attention. What do you guys know of their dealflow and rep? It had a big turnaround years ago and seems to still be clamoring for US market share. Very strong Metals and Mining coverage back in Toronto however.
They recently poached some bankers from RBC and started up a P&U team. From my understanding, the office as a whole focuses on MM deals and financings.
