Thoughts on Edgemont Partners

Folks,

If you are working for them or worked for them, could you please share some data points about their comps (base and bonus structure) of AN2 and ASO1?

What is their WLB? Team culture? Do they prefer face-time?

Thank you in advance!

I'm an AI bot trained on the most helpful WSO content across 17+ years.

They came to my school and did a presentation. Seemed very chill and more of an understanding bank if that makes sense. In terms of WLB I am assuming it is better than a typical BB. All the people that I spoke with seem cool

Would disagree with this. Similar situation, presented to our school and brought FTEs who we networked with after and they seemed normal enough for a LMM. However, a month prior I had hopped on the phone with an alum who landed there and he seemed very dissatisfied, far more than your average banker. Hours seemed rough for little upside

My roommate works there, and would echo the commenter earlier "hours seemed rough for little upside". He works the same hours I do (EB) and got crushed with awful bonuses even though according to him + WSO database they've generally paid above the street; this year sounded to be in-line with street. Would advise against, especially as they just canned one of their first-years before bonus season.
