They ghosted me after two rounds last cycle. All for the better though fortunately.

Didn’t they lay off like half their analysts like a year or two ago? lol

Can't speak to the SA process, but heard a few kids at my school that are in the FT process right now.

From what I know, they arent doing normal super days, its 5 individual 30 minute interviews with increasing seniority as you progress. Initial interviews were more technical, but later on they become a lot more behavioral. I would assume both SA and FT will be similar formats. Haven't heard of anyone get ghosted myself, but have heard a fair share of complaints about interviews being very spread out and the process taking a long time.

Only know one of those kids who got an offer, and signed. Randomly saw a second kid on LinkedIn with an "incoming analyst" header, and he didn't intern there in the summer, so I assume that's at least 2 offers out.

Was in the process for their SA program a few weeks ago (late August/early September) and was invited to a third round before turning it down after signing with another bank. First round phone screen was a mix of behaviourals (mainly focusing on why Edgemont/healthcare) and technicals and 2nd round was purely technical. Saw an advertisement for their on-campus info session circulated through my school's (target) finance/IB club in the last couple days, meaning a lot of applicants are dropping out of the process since a lot of banks, especially UMM/MM banks, are also recruiting rn or just wrapped up ex. CVP, MUFG, handful of other MM/boutiques I saw on Handshake, etc.

Been dealing with them since Mid August. Had a fourth round recently, haven't heard anything though it seemed to go fine. Was told in my third round that there are 5 or 6 rounds total. Reached out to the guy managing recruitment and havent heard back yet, like others are saying potentially for the better as its a supposed sweatshop. First three rounds were technical though third round was very behavioral. Fourth round was all behavioral. Like others have said, increasing seniority throughout the process.

Have a friend that works there and can address the sweatshop rumors a bit. They used to only have a handful of analysts, but now they have 15-ish, so the work is spread across much more evenly.

He's still been getting worked, but you are getting paid EB-level money for working at a "no-name" boutique, so pick your poison ig

Edit: Also its a 5 round process from what I remember him saying, so assuming your 4th round was with a VP then your last round should be with a director or MD and that will be the last person.

Currently in the process of interviewing for 2023 SA. Had the first round a couple of weeks ago and a second round late last week. Sent a follow-up email to the HR guy today just to check in / get an idea of the remaining timeline (if I made it past 2nd round). Second round was pretty much all technical but very straightforward. Curious to see when they start notifying people, as it seems like things are on a bit of a hold.
