Shit PWP Culture
Interned at PWP this summer and the culture waa horrible. Zero interest from analysts when it came to helping interns. I received a return offer, but I know a couple of other kids who are re-recruiting even after accepting their return offer. Should I be doing the same? I’m not sure whether to risk the reputational damage of recruiting with already having signed.
I would return full-time, but would likely lateral after a year. I feel really misled because the firm was always sold to me as very strong culture wise. I would also mention that I’m not very confident in the firm deal flow is pretty bad

I had a coffee chat with one of only three alumni from my school who work at PWP and this guy was the biggest douchebag i've ever talked to. He genuinely seemed happy that nobody from our school would be getting interviews and that it was "so selective." Not surprised at all the culture is shit
