Thoughts on Guggenheim SF/Guggenheim in general?

Haven't seen much on this thread regarding Guggenheim, especially their SF office which seems new. Does anyone have any insight on their culture, deal flow, exits, or trajectory that they could share? Definitely seems like an interesting team.

Exits are mostly mmpe with a few ummpe/mf placements. That being said this is pretty typical for other larger EBs (Lazard comes to mind being an EB with the most similar overall exits).

Lacks wso prestige if that matters to you but really strong dealflow. I'm currently a SA there and most interns I know are staffed on at least 1-2 live deals even during covid. Culture is really great and you'll meet very few hardos comparatively. Oh and above street comp is pretty dope too.

It's really hard to give you an average number that accurately depicts the jobs. What really sucks is the unpredictability. For example. you could be completely free from 9am-6pm one day then all the sudden get a call for a project that you need to start asap or might need you to work through the night. On average I would say most people are working from 9/10am-12am sometimes more, sometimes less.
