Search "Houlihan Lokey" on the apple podcast app. There was one that went into the details, but from what I remember, that office was an acquisition of an entertainment boutique. They are/were the only bank that had a method for valuing based upon intellectual property, which gave them a strong competitive advantage. Interesting listen.
