Don't let these people fool you, M&A and Industrials are shit compared to Cain Brothers. Go for Cain or search for a better firm. Cain brothers is #2 for MM HC and does a ton of sell-side M&A execution. Cain Brothers has a good rep but its a sweatshop. Super sweaty with their deal flow and lots of turnover. If you want industrials go to Baird.
Key is an MM that's comparable to Truist/Stephens/RJ and a step below Lincoln and top MMs like Blair/Baird/HL. It has a good SA program, and people are nice in the CLE HQ. Lateraling to Baird/Lincoln after a year is very doable. It's not a top shop on the street, but at the same time, it's not a bad place to start at or even build a career at.
