Thoughts on Morgan Stanley's FIG Group?

I know there have been a few posts about this, but nothing too recent. I’ve heard the group has been making a real effort to change the culture and has hired a number of new VPs. Does anyone have insight into how the group is doing more recently? I’d also be interested in hearing about exit opportunities.
