Thoughts on "The Banking Club"? Am I being scammed?

Hi all,

I was recently emailed about a program called "The Banking Club" by one of the founders. Basically a recruitment program that helps you get offers, and you pay them a portion (10%) of your salary when you graduate if you land an offer from them. Apparently, they don't make you pay more than the deposit unless you get an offer, and refund you if you don't get anything. Founders seem like ex-IB analysts at solid banks, but they require you to pay a deposit upfront so I want to be wary. I have an interview set up soon, want to know what I'm getting into.

Don't see any information online from third-party sites so wanted to reach out here. Hopefully I don't come off as too downbad, I'm at a non-target with pretty mid application so looking for ways to optimize my chances.

Any insight is appreciated!
