If you have a Tier 1 BB offer for sophomore internship, should you still recruit for other BBs, EBs, and PE during junior recruiting cycle? How should I communicate to the HR of the firm that I'll be interning at this summer that I want a junior summer offer before I even complete my sophomore internship with them?
