Street - Most BBs, most MMs

Get an offer first kid. This makes no sense outside of your dream. GS, MS, Lazard all pay below street compared to their competitors. Canaccord pay was only good for a few years while Baird consistently pays above the street. PJT is slightly above Evercore but never close to Qatalyst or CVP. When the fuck did Liontree and Ardea pay close to CVP lol. Why post something about the U.S. banking scene that you don’t know about while working in fucking Canada per your post lmao. 

 

Maybe for shitty MBA associates. Top bucket first year cleared 240k. Moelis always had one of the highest and lowest ceilings.

For MDs yes. For everyone else, not even close. Their strategy to grow business to pay out the wazoo for heavy hitting MDs and take advantage of more relaxed lending regulations at the bank. Everyone other than MD gets paid scraps. This admittedly has worked well for them the past few years, but it doesn’t work everywhere. I wouldn’t want to be a junior there.
