Get an offer first kid. This makes no sense outside of your dream. GS, MS, Lazard all pay below street compared to their competitors. Canaccord pay was only good for a few years while Baird consistently pays above the street. PJT is slightly above Evercore but never close to Qatalyst or CVP. When the fuck did Liontree and Ardea pay close to CVP lol. Why post something about the U.S. banking scene that you don’t know about while working in fucking Canada per your post lmao.

Does BofA comp analysts well?
Typically yes, last year analysts were paid very well. Will be interesting what numbers look like this year
I see. Do you know when those numbers will be out? Incoming SA so curious lol
Moelis does not pay above street bonuses anymore, it was pretty bad last year
Curious what were some of the numbers you heard/know of?
Maybe for shitty MBA associates. Top bucket first year cleared 240k. Moelis always had one of the highest and lowest ceilings.
Where you getting your numbers from? Top bucket last year for an1 was 85k… nowhere close to 240k
Does Gugg even deserve this above street ranking after last year?
Where does GHl fall?
What have pwp bonuses looked like?
.
Wow
Anyone have pjt comp numbers?
Heard it goes upto 600k for top bucket
This is generally accurate, although things can change quickly in this industry, particularly on the margins.
Would put Baird, Jeff, and Barc into the “below street” category and move BofA to “significantly below street”
I heard JEF pays above street though
For MDs yes. For everyone else, not even close. Their strategy to grow business to pay out the wazoo for heavy hitting MDs and take advantage of more relaxed lending regulations at the bank. Everyone other than MD gets paid scraps. This admittedly has worked well for them the past few years, but it doesn’t work everywhere. I wouldn’t want to be a junior there.
Without mentioning the obvious (Qatalyst CVP etc), Raine & Tidal are def top of street. Would also add Allen & Co. Not sure about Dyal & Ardea tho, surprised they are bucketed into the same group as the names above.
Ardea has that profit sharing thing that apparently comps like crazy
What is BDTMSD AN-ASO pay?
Why dont you ask your friend
cant get it out of him
