Hey guys,
It's coming down to the last 2 weeks of the IB summer, and I don't know if I really want to be at the same place I am right now for full time next year. Is it too late to recruit at other banks for full time now? If not, what do you guys think is the best way to go about full time recruiting now? Would appreciate input from anyone who has gone through it or knows anything about it. Thanks everyone!
