too late to apply to 2027 internships in credrisk/firm strategy?

I'm class of 2028 at a target school with a relatively strong resume, and only recently became interested in credrisk/firm strategy internships for 2027. I haven't really networked at all, and I'm wondering if it's too late to be networking in January and applying to especially bulge bracket banks?
