Ive heard Evercore’s FIG team is very strong.

They acquired Lexicon Partners a while ago which was a FIG bank, and FIG is their largest team. Also I think Robey Warshaw’s FIG team will be integrated into FIG at Evercore.

I know they recently worked on Evelyn Partners and Beazley.

Anyone else got any further insights to the Evercore FIG team, and exits, and culture or anything else since I’m an incoming summer intern who ranked them highly for my team preferences.

Did a FIG internship last summer. Can confirm that Evercore are extremely strong, particularly in insurance. Look at Skyward-Apollo, Radian-Inigo, Zurich-Beazley all last year. Basically every big transaction at Lloyd's

Interviewed with all listed below and did a FIG internship recently

MS and GS are standout, probably MS >= GS on a small margin

JPM is good

EVR are here and there on a few good deals but not sure given lack of balance sheet to facilitate transactions
