Top groups with good cultures

Interested in which top groups actually have good cultures. Anecdotally heard of GS TMT, PJT RSSG, CVP, and EVR HC M&A all have pretty good cultures. I am not referring to sweatiness. I am ok with working 90-100 hours weeks as long as the culture is strong.

Edit: For context I am an incoming EB analyst at a non-SF/NY location. Planning to lateral in case I can't transfer internally.

PJT is the only name you have mentioned here with a good culture. In general, PWP probably has the best culture. Nonetheless, why do prospects even care about culture in groups across the entire street? Ask specifically about the firm you are going to or at the very least the specific sector. What value do you attain from knowing about GS TMT culture if you are going to say a Citi FIG as an incoming A1? Or PJT RSSG, if you have never had rx/levfin exposure and are going in as an incoming A1 at BNP Paribas M&A. Does Gen Z just live for gossip nowadays?
