I love the comments doubting his weight loss. Internet losers. The guy is bad ass and a wonderful testament to what can be accomplished when you put your mind to it.
Yah those guys are definitely haters, it's possible to loose 100 pounds in 2 months, I've lost 50 pounds in 2 months and I wasn't running everyday. It's possible.
all that on 3 hours of sleep a night? that's fucking crazy
BUT HE DOESN'T WORK FOR GOLDMAN TMT
all that AND he only sleeps 3 hours a night? damn, thats unhuman.
Reminds me of Dean Karnazes.

I was going to mention Kamazes. Interesting that the best ultramarathon guys really seem to just jump right in to it.
That's really badass, but I think Greg Jennings might be up there.
“I thought I was dying,” he says, “but I thought to myself that if I did, I’d be OK with that, because I’d done something impossible.”
Wow.
Read about Goggins about 2 years ago and his story is amazing. Sends chills down my spine just thinking about what this guy has done and does on a daily basis.
Ive ran multiple long distance runs, as much as 20 miles, which I have just began doing this year. However, I cant imagine just jumping into a 100 mile race.
BUT to think this guy was just a normal shmoe working a 9-5 before deciding to do this would be ridiculous. He is a NAVY SEAL! That alone makes this guy one bad ass MF and in incredible shape. Still... 100 miles.. jesus
In college I had a friend who had some pretty significant experience with ultraruns and triathlons. He decided to do an 100 mile race through the wilderness. He got lost a few times and it turned out to be quite a bit longer than 100 miles until he got to the finish line; fortunately, he had a few guys shadow him for some 20-mile stretches. He was shivering and hobbling for several days after that.
A few weeks later he got up and did another 100 mile run (this time for charity) and improved his time in 7 hours. I saw him playing soccer the next day.
"When people ask if he uses supplements to help him train, he says that he takes a giant suck-it-up pill every morning and washes it down with a refreshing can of hard."
Dude's a baller
that guy is the ulimate machine. Kudos for the suck it up pill, what a balla.
