There is a lot of talk on the forums of groups with the best work life balance for IB/PE. What are the toughest groups in IB/PE? This should be a combination of exclusivity/sweatshop persona, but also a mix of historical and present day performance. Going to rely on the older guys on the forum for pre-2010 specifics towards groups/firms. Some to consider:

UBS healthcare used to be a gulag. My friend knew someone who legit just quit in the middle of the night at like 3am.
