Transaction Banking Exits + Prospects

Got an exploding offer for transaction banking (grouped under CIB) at a large balance sheet bank. Have a couple processes ongoing at some boutique sub-50 employee M&A shops as well as equity research at an Asset Manager (~500bn AUM) and credit research at one of the big 3 credit rating shops (Moody, Fitch, S&P). Looking at feasibility for exits to IB for LevFin, M&A, or coverage group. Was kind of late to recruiting for 2025 (started in October after pivoting career paths), so I'm grateful to be this far in the process already. Just trying to weigh my best options here and whether I should just accept if my end goal is IB.
