Got invited to a first round modeling test for a transaction (fairness) opinion position.
The scope of work for the role mentions DCF/trading multiples etc, most likely in the context of secondaries transactions between two funds with the same GP, or other special situations.
Was wondering if there is anyone in transaction opinions could maybe give me a clue on what could be on the modeling test? I am guessing either DCF or Three statements lol
