Transfer Office (EU to US) at Boutique

Hey Guys,

I have a internship offer at a strong american MM Boutique (think Harris Williams, William Blair, Baird, Raymond James, Lincoln) in continental Europe and now I'm wondering if its possible to transfer from the european office to an american office? (obviously if I'm lucky enough to get a return offer)

If yes, after how many years? I'm especially interested in moving to the south (e.g. Texas or Florida). Also how hard will it be to break into LMM/MM PE from there?
