Transition from Big 4 to IB

Hello guys, I am new here and I was wondering if you have any advice on how I can make a transition from consulting to investment banking or sales & trading. Currently, I work as a business analyst in a Big 4 company in Greece and before that, I was working in an investment firm in the sales & trading department. For the past few months, I have been busting my head on how I can make work such a transition. All my applications so far have been unsuccessful on the grounds that my profile does not match the job requirements. One potential route that occurred to me was sitting the CFA exams, but then again, I can't really tell that it is required as a prerequisite in several job posts that I found.

Any thoughts?
