I prefer to run outdoors, but do to the fact that I live in Colorado it often snows. Days where the roads are covered with snow I hit the treadmill. I find the treadmill to be super boring. Is there any treadmill workouts you enjoy?

This. Still extremely boring but burns a fuck ton of fat. I’d just throw on a podcast and try to zone out.
Lowkey I've never felt a "runners high" or anything similar but I do this pretty frequently and once I break the 35-40 min mark I feel like I could go for 3 hours. It's boring but burns calories and gives me a second wind after a bit.
I also much prefer the outdoors, but when I need to hit the treadmill for whatever reason, I usually resort to watching Netflix (or Bloomberg / a YouTube channel / listening to a podcast)
Peloton app is the best. They have tons of different workouts (HIIT, endurance, tempo runs, etc) that are anywhere from 15 - 60 minutes. You can also do a free trial to test it out. Very efficient use of the treadmill and you will be wiped after a 30 minute HIIT workout. Definitely changes the approach to running and makes it much more enjoyable vs grinding out a 5 mile run regular way on the treadmill
