Truist Atlanta Associate + Level
I am a post mba associate and interested in moving back to Atlanta. How is Truist doing? Which groups are still there and which are worth joining as someone looking to do banking longer term?
Separately, which other atlanta firms are worth a look?
Know a few people there. Their healthcare group is pretty strong in ATL. Power, Utilities and Infrastructure is a solid group over there as well.
LevFin is the strongest product group of course. PF team is solid. DCM seems to be growing. In terms of WLB, office is fairly dark by 8/9pm
Interested in both of these desks. If you’ve got insights, do people generally seem happy to make a long term career at Truist staying on these groups or at least tangentially credit related? If not, what kind of exits do you see to PC or credit HFs?
How difficult is it to join dcm with a coverage and m&a background?
I guess we’ll never know twin he must have decided to delete his account right after leaving this comment🥀
Bump
If you're looking to do M&A, I would look at Gugg and HL before Truist. LevFin is great
How bad is WLB in lev fin?
How is lev fin at the post mba level? How are exits if you decide against being a career banker?
How is c&r?
