Two Investment Banking BB Super Days on the Same Day. What Should I do?

I have two bulge bracket super days coming up and they are both scheduled on the same day. I really don't see any other way around this beside having to reschedule one (which will be an extremely delicate process). How should I approach this? Or is there a better alternative?

Any constructive advice/feedback would be much appreciated!

Just say that something important came up (school-related, medical, etc.) and you cannot make it during that time. I thought most banks had 2 superdays, so I don't think it'll be a problem. If the bank comes back to you and says there is no other time, try the same process with the other bank. If both are pretty adamant, then good luck choosing one.

All BBs have multiple superdays. BBs are used to this so don't lie, tell HR the truth. It is highly unlikely that this will have any effect on your chances of getting the offer. You might think it will show that you are interested in the other bank more but remember even bankers are "people" who were in your shoes once. Almost everyone who gets BB SA offer goes through superdays at multiple banks.

As someone mentioned, rescheduling should not be a really sensitive issue. These banks know you are recruiting elsewhere and if anything it's probably a good sign that you are in the process with multiple firms. I had three super days in one day and was able to work this out with HR at each firm. I did not try to hide why. Making up some BS excuse for why you are rescheduling is a bad move.

I would suggest calling ur chicago superday bank first, coz if it is for asia offices, they would more than likely also have a superday in NYC. Good luck!

i have heard from peers that usually family excuses like weddings and funerals might be more effective and will be more willing to reschedule because "the banks dont want a bad rep on campus for refusing to schedule around someone's funeral". Any truth to that?

btw it is not for asia office, both of them are for very specific groups that are probably hiring only 1-2 interns

Definitely, I'd advise calling them tomorrow and letting them know you won't be able to make their Superday in two weeks due to a funeral. Killer plan.
