But isn't this just the associate promotion bonus that every other bank has been paying to all their analysts upon promotion? If so, not sure why this is getting so much attention...
A2A promotion bonus unfortunately is not standard across BBs - e.g. GS (unsurprisingly) isn't doing it.
This isnt the lifestyle bonus other banks like CS are giving - which go to every analyst / ASO. This is basically a signing bonus for going A to A. Not sure what knucklehead intern they have in charge of writing on this stuff at Bloomberg
