UBS Outlook 2021-2022
I recently got an offer to join UBS as a Summer intern for their Investment Bank. I know that it was hurt by the financial crisis, but it has grown once again and is already in the top 10 in terms of M&A deal volume. I would love some insight into exit opportunities and what the general reputation is like.
I know my friends there are got boned on comp...not sure what the overall culture of the bank is, but my friends' groups are sweaty and I'm in a sweaty-ish coverage group at a BB
Do you mean compensation? In terms of bonuses?
Yes, total compensation...I think our analysts may have outearned them, pretty substantially in some cases.
