UBS WLB/Culture Update?

Considering a lateral move to what's considered a top group at UBS but a lot of somewhat recent threads (see below) on here have me concerned. I also know the team is fairly short staffed at the moment as well.

I'm currently at a decent growing upper MM but am looking to switch verticals - so I'm weighing whether this would be a bad move. I have decent hours with solid analysts below me and supportive VPs above me.

Have things improved/flat-lined/gotten worse since the spring? I saw some folks were disappointed with bonuses there but the sample size seemed too low to draw any conclusions. Is it fair to assume a 75-100% multiplier at the Associate level?
