Unemployed for 3 months now. Need Help!
Hi folks,
I'm having some difficult time recruiting for a full-time role. I'm a recent graduate from a non-target Canadian university. I have prior internship experience in asset management and venture capital. My resume and cover letter seem fine as I'm getting initial interview requests. But I'm not able to convert these into an offer. I'm applying to pretty much all finance-related roles. Any advice would be appreciated.
