Hi All. I am trying to buy Mac laptop after I used window computer for a long time. What are the limitations of making DCF models using Excel on a Mac computer? I would just like to learn modeling online.

Nothing crazy just you won’t learn the shortcuts as quick as you would on pc
Can I know the examples of shortcuts that I can miss if I use mac?
Nothing crazy , it’s just little things like Mac uses command button a lot but PC doesnt even have own but it’s definelty not a deal breaker , but on pc you can access the toolbar with shortcuts so it makes u way quicker
I've used macbook for more than a decade, for high school and undergrad but I recently bought a cheap Lenovo to do excel stuff on it as mac isn't ideal for financial modeling. Sure you can do it but the layout of a windows keyboard makes it bit easier and quicker compared to mac. If you really want a mac for personal use for learning modeling thats fine, but once your on the job I would recommend get a cheap windows for modeling.
