Well UCLA and UCB are taking 2 spots. Rice probably takes another. So it's between Notre Dame, Vanderbilt, Emory, maybe WashU for the last 2 spots unless they're ties. 

 

The real ranking shouldn't even include UCLA and Berkeley as T20 for undergrad rankings, but the current state of USNR favors them. Dartmouth and ND lose on social mobility / diversity. According to the past rankings, ND, Vanderbilt, WashU, and Rice should be 15-20. It's really down to Georgetown, Emory, or maybe Berkeley.
