V-Bucks Comp at firm
Hi WSO,
I just got an offer at a firm that is $95k base, but the bonus comp is a little strange. Instead of dollars, they use Forntite V-bucks. For what it’s worth, an analyst told me mid-bucket bonus is a guaranteed ~7mm V-bucks. My question is, is this good comp, and are v-bucks liquid enough to reasonably sell for cash? Thanks in advance.
Not sure why you'd want to sell v-bucks, they're recession proof.
