Very Bad ACT/SAT Score For Applications

Hi all - I am in the process of looking for full-time analyst jobs specifically in Rx. Most firms are asking for my ACT/ SAT test score...

I wasn't the best student in highschool and only took it once without studying because I got into the college I wanted. (My score was a 23) - I understand this is laughable lol. Since I have had a 3.9 in college and just completed my first summer internship in IB. For Applications should I :

1) Put did not take either

2) Make sure to Network before applying anywhere (this way they already put my resume through to HR.)
