Hi all, I was wondering if any of you could share some insights (in general, I know it depends on the bank) on if it is easier to get promoted to VP or MD in a EB vs. BB?
From what I know, EBs tend to focus on career bankers, but BBs have more turnover at the senior level, which could mean easier promotions there?
Any insights would help. Thanks!

How so? EBs have less turnover, but fewer people, while BBs have more turnover and more people, so you’re saying it balances out? Thanks in advance.
