Waitlisted at GS

I had my GS Superday for the classic IB division two weeks ago. They didn't give me an update at first, but about 5 days ago my status was changed to interview completed on the portal, and that they're still considering my candidacy. I believe offers went out last week (not certain but believe so), so it sounds like I got waitlisted.

Should I be worried? Was I likely rejected?

Also this is non diversity

GS waitlist is nearly impossible to get off of considering how unlikely it is for those with offers to turn down the firm

That's not true. I got an email from HR saying that "they had no final update on my candidacy." I also know for certain that other people got straight up rejected, so for what it's worth, the other people in this thread and I are definitely on the waitlist lol.

Oh ok, makes sense then, wishing you all best of luck. If you don't mind me asking... was this for classic group non diversity? And which location?
