Walk me through your deal on your resume bankify
I am trying to bankify my deal experience as all i did was qualitative work.
I did not build a model or valued the company and basically compiled a list of potential buyers and wrote a teaser. A deal was the sale of a 45% stake of Korea National Oil Corp’s special purpose vehicle called Korea Energy Terminal. It is a state-run oil corp. It is planning to sell its stake so it can raise capital to build more storage facilities. Since it is a newly-founded SPV, there is no historical data. How should I value this SPV that only has one project that needs initial investment of $600mn?
