want to be an IB really bad, love business and finance, please help

Hey wso, been browsing a little bit of your guys' site for a few years now, got some good stuff and useful information on here and sometimes can be helpful. Basically I'm a 20 year old college kid living in the united states who realizes that He loves business and finance and has a passion for money and moneys systems. I know a little bit about how business and economics and investing and markets work, I've lived through the days of the dot com bubble and the days of the housing boom and credit and consumer ages, I know these days money is more vital than ever as the heart of the World and the driving force behind all the situations and events of the world as we live in a highly globalized and integrated world full of consumerism and people looking for ways to make themselves happy with money and investing. The 2008/2009 recession hit the world pretty hard and global markets and people and businesses around the world are still recovering from what was and still is the worst financial crisis and economic downturn the world has ever seen. Banks were making bad loans and people were making bad decisions with money and big companies and governments were ether just letting it happen or even encouraging it through their choices and the things and policies they were doing. I didn't know what my passion was and where my heart was at when I was younger but now I'm pretty sure its a career in business and the top of the financial and investing world. I want to be an investment banker, I want to work with assets and big money and do all that investing and merging and selling and buying off and work in a big city like new york or london or hong kong or whatever. I want to go through school and learn all I can about business and financial systems and than work through the business world for 20 or 30 years and be the creme of the crop of finances and investing one day. when I was young like a teenager I didn't really care about life or the things in the world and had some hard times so I didn't get the best grades in school or brush up my hobbies and skills or make too many meaningful connections. But that's all going to change now I want to network and learn all I can about investing and finance and be an investment banker one day.

Please help me wso teach me all you can and give me all the advice you can on business and global markets and money systems and what I should do or where I should go or who I should know if I want to get through college and start a career as an investment banker or money manager in my 20s and 30s and one day maybe be a big bank ceo or investment titan one day.... please help me wso I would appreciate it deeply and I know and trust that you guys are a good bunch of people who care about investments and banking as much as I do....
