Has been improving over last couple years. Competitive industry but there’s been a few solid senior hires so should improve over the next few years

They made a lot of big hires last year but they haven’t come to fruition yet it seems. However, the people on the group seem really awesome, they have made hires and they are mostly from places like JPM. I assume they know what they are doing since their clear jump in the league tables and it’s only a matter of time

I mean I follow their page on LinkedIn and they are constantly posting about them.

It's been "improving" but according to my friends who are in the group, they said their target is to be basically 1/2 where BofA is in the next 5 years. The new seniors hires have not come to fruition as others have mentioned, so interesting to see where it pans out, but wouldn't go to WF HC rn. Dealflow is questionable, but maybe career banking could make sense.

Improving. TBD on how quickly, though. Not a PE exit-opp track but could be fine for career track.
