With the bank going through a lot of layoffs but also it seems emphasis on the Investment bank portion, does anyone know what the return offer rate for WF IB was or their historical rate

Never heard they went to through lots of layoffs, unless you mean periodic adjustment like analysts leave after 2 or 3 years which happens at all places.
Return offer rate is high according to my roommate and you’ll get one if you want it bad.
